Do I really get the full source code?+
Yes — every line. No obfuscated code, no licence keys, no "proprietary modules". You get the complete, annotated source on a repository or ZIP at final delivery. You can modify it, hand it to any other developer, or host it anywhere. We have zero control after delivery.
What if I need changes after delivery?+
Changes after delivery are quoted separately as small fixed-price modules. If you have an AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract), minor changes and bug fixes are included. Major new features are quoted individually — no hourly billing, always fixed price.
How long does a typical project take?+
A landing page: 5–7 days. A business website: 10–15 days. A custom CRM: 30–45 days. An ERP: 60–120 days. A mobile app: 45–75 days. These are working timelines with regular milestone reviews — not estimates that balloon 3×.
What is the payment schedule?+
50% advance to start → 25% at Milestone 1 (core features demonstrated) → 25% on final delivery and source handover. We issue proper GST invoices at each milestone. Razorpay, NEFT, and UPI accepted.
Can you work with our existing server / hosting?+
Yes. We deploy on any Linux server — cPanel, Plesk, bare Ubuntu, AWS, Hetzner, DigitalOcean, or whatever you have. We write clean, standard code that any server can run. No proprietary hosting required.
What is SAM-AI and who is it for?+
SAM-AI is our on-premises AI hardware — a pre-configured physical unit with Cortina Business OS and a local LLM (like LLaMA or Mistral) installed. It's for businesses that want AI capabilities without sending data to the cloud. Legal firms, hospitals, enterprises with data compliance requirements. No internet needed after setup.
